Shipping & Returns

Where we ship, how long it takes, and how to send something back. No fine print, no restocking fees.

Shipping

United States

Standard — $6. 3–5 business days. Free on orders over $50.

Express — $18. 1–2 business days.

Canada

Standard — CA$6. 2–4 business days. Free on orders over CA$65.

Express — CA$15. 1–2 business days.

UK & EU

Tracked — £12 / €14. 5–8 business days. Duties and VAT calculated at checkout.

Everywhere else

Tracked — $24. 7–14 business days. Duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

All orders ship within 1–2 business days from our Montréal facility. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is printed. If you don't see it, check your spam folder before writing in — the "shipped" emails sometimes get filtered.

PO boxes & APO/FPO addresses: we can ship to them via standard mail only. Express isn't available to those addresses.

Hot weather shipping: in July and August we include a small cold pack in any order containing our oils or balms. It doesn't change the price.

Returns

30 days, no questions. If you change your mind, a product breaks you out, or the texture just isn't your thing, send it back within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method.

Products must be at least 80% full. We accept partial-use returns because skincare is impossible to evaluate without trying it — but if you send back a dropper with a single drop left we'll offer a store credit rather than a refund.

Return shipping is on us for US and Canadian customers. International customers cover the return shipping cost. Start a return from your account page or by emailing us, and we'll send a prepaid label.

What we can't take back

  • — Products more than 30 days past delivery
  • — Empty containers (we'll take them for the TerraCycle program — see our Care portal)
  • — Gift cards and digital products
  • — Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page

Exchanges

We don't do direct exchanges — it's faster for everyone if we refund the first order and you place a new one for what you actually want. If you're worried about an active like retinol or vitamin C not agreeing with your skin, email us before ordering and we'll send a sample.

Damaged or wrong items

Glass happens. If anything arrived broken, leaking, or mislabeled, take a photo of the outer box and the product and email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement the same or next business day — no need to return the damaged item.

International duties

For UK and EU orders, we collect duties and VAT at checkout so your order arrives with nothing owed at the door. For every other international destination, duties are charged by the local carrier on delivery. We can't predict those — they vary by country and by cosmetic category.
